Registration Desk

The registration area in the conference centre will be open for registration:

Sunday 7 August: 15.30 - 18.30 hrs. Registration, poster boarding and build-up exhibition
Monday 8 August: 07.30 - 18.00 hrs,  
Tuesday 9 August: 08.00 - 18.00 hrs.  
Wednesday 10 August: 08.00 - 13.00 hrs.  
Thursday, 11 August: 08.00 - 18.00 hrs.  
Dridat 12 August: 08.00 - 12.30 hrs. Congress and dismanting

 

 

 

 

 

 

Registration procedure

Pre-registered delegates

Participants who pre-registered (and paid) for the congress can pick up their personal envelope at the registration desk. This envelope includes: badge, tickets for social events/activities (if applicable).

 

On-site registration / Payments

Participants who still need to register or pay can do this cash or via credit card at the payment desk.

 

Invited and Plenary Speakers

Speakers can pick up their badge at the separate Speakers Desk. Speakers need to be

guided to the Speakers Ready Room, room 1.2 in order to upload / change his presentation.

 

Discussion Leaders: Free registration

Invited Speakers: Free registration

Plenary/keynote speakers: Free registration, congress dinner ticket, hotel accommodation. No travel expenses, no honorarium!

Non-members will become ISPR members for 1 year after registration!

 

Registration entitles participants to the following:

  • Entry to all sessions and trade exhibition
  • Conference bag
  • Morning and afternoon coffee breaks and lunches
  • Welcome reception
  • Party on Tuesday
  • Activities on Wednesday (some for extra charge)
  • Free public transportage within Maastricht

 

Certificate of attendance

In principal, no certificates will be handed out. Only on request, we will send a digital certificate via e-mail.

 

Central address system

The announcements need to be made 5 minutes before the end of each break and at the end of each break. The central address system is located on the registration desk.

Registration Fee Waivers

Registration Fee Waivers for a limited number of PhD students are available. To apply, students had to send their CV, the abstract with the contribution they intend to present at the conference and a motivation letter signed by your supervisor to:
